Delhi, Gurgaon, Bombay being the fashion hubs of India have actually helped me built my love and interest for the fashion world . I was born in Delhi then moved to Gurgaon and spent 18 years of my life there. Now i live Mumbai doing my bachelors in Mass Media from Jai Hind College. I have always imagined myself to become a model by profession and right now I call myself an aspiring model.. To stealing my mother’s heels when I was young to owning my own pair of heels now, it’s been a great journey from posing infront of the mirror to legit posing infront of the DSLR camera with the full setting of a professional photoshoot.
Apart from my nostalgic details, I have a passion for dance and acting. I’ve been learning dance from the past 8 years and acting since 3 years. I have learnt a wide range of dance forms as I was a part of a number of dance academies like Shiamak Davar of performing arts, Urban Dance Camp, Jump United etc. I learnt acting from Barry John acting studio summer workshop in 2016 and was a part of 2 short films as a psychologist in ‘Awaaz’ and as a writer in ‘Adhoori’ which were as a part of college project in 2017.
My passion and love for modelling motivated me to persue my career in it , which is why I started doing my school and college fashion shows. My first ever fashion show was in school and later I participated in and won fashion show competitions in college (inter collegiate fests). From starting on such a great note, I went to Dubai Fashion week 2017 and was the only Indian model to walk the ramp with the help of Nrityaa Fashion Entertainments, which gave a great kick and confidence to further continue modelling.
For me modelling is just not dressing up and walking the ramp, it’s all about owning the ramp and doing what I love. I know when I dress up and walk the ramp or pose in front of the camera, I feel the best side of me comes out..
